Ako postupovať pri vrátení? (odstúpenie od kúpnej zmluvy)

1.       Nepoužitý tovar s kópiou faktúry a formulárom na odstúpenie od kúpnej zmluvy zabaľte, tak aby pri preprave nedošlo k poškodeniu obsahu zásielky.

2.       Tovar pošlite na adresu: OMEGAP, s.r.o.,Fatranská 2430/ 1/A , 04011 Košice

3.       Tovar neposielajte na dobierku. V takom prípade nebude prevzatý! Odporúčame tovar zaslať doporučene a poistiť na hodnotu tovaru. 

Dôležité! Odstúpenie od kúpnej zmluvy je potrebné doručiť do 14 dní od prijatia zásielky! 

Preto odoslanie zásielky nenechávajte na poslednú chvíľu (pošta môže meškať)

Platbu za vrátený tovar odošleme najneskôr do 14 dní od prijatia zásielky s odstúpením od kúpnej zmluvy.

 

Výmena tovaru:

Vymeniť je možné iba veľkosť v takom prípade si vytvorte novú objednávku a do poznámky k objednávke napíšte, že ide o výmenu veľkosti. Uveďte číslo pôvodnej objednávky a tovar zašlite na našu adresu. Do zásielky priložte aj odkaz, že ide o výmenu za (číslo novej objednávky)

Ak chcete tovar vymeniť za iný, je potrebné pôvodný tovar vrátiť odstúpením od kúpnej zmluvy a vytvoriť si novú objednávku.
